Do you ship to my country?
We ship orders worldwide!
Please note VAT is included in price of international orders/shipping at checkout and should not have additional fees upon arrival.
Shipping time/ speed?
In-stock orders ship same or next business day.
Most domestic orders arrive in 3-5 business days via first class mail.
Tracking will be emailed to you upon initiation of shipment.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives with an issue please let us know within the first days of receipt so we can replace it!
Please opt into ROUTE so we can file a claim if necessary.
When will my Pre-order arrive?
Our products sell out fast and often so you may find you placed a preorder. This will have been marked clearly in several places as well as on the add to cart button, and will have an exact timeframe in which you can expect your order to ship!
