At citymouse™, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 business days of delivery receipt for a full refund.
Please note that in order to qualify for a refund, the item must be unused and unopened and in its original condition. PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping must be paid by the customer.

Refunds or Exchanges
- honored if the item arrives damaged or in unusable condition. Images must be sent upon receiving to returns@citymouse.com to qualify for a refund
Reshipments
- We reship if item is not marked as delivered/missing for 10 days past the estimated delivery date
Missing Shipments
- Please contact the method of sending. We are not responsible for missing packages that have been marked as delivered.
